LACH DIAMANT 90th Jubilee in 2012
Exhibiting at the GrindTec in Augsburg/Germany
March 14 to 17, 2012, Hall 3 - Stand 3025

LACH DIAMANT the family enterprise with headquarters in Hanau is pleased to invite you to the GrindTec in Augsburg. You may not only party ...

LACH DIAMANT surprises with new developments for the grinding of carbide, high alloyed hardened steels and ceramic components.

Example: Diamond and CBN grinding wheels in ceramic and metal bonds for high-speed grinding (HSG) on cylindrical grinding machines for profiles, cam shafts, crank shafts etc.

LACH DIAMANT is newly introducing diamond and CBN grinding wheels in metal bonds for precision profile grinding for plunge cuts and thread grinding on surface grinders and cylindrical grinders. These wheels have a profile accuracy of 0,01 mm. This special bond, depending on the abrasive layer depth, can be reprofiled up to 20 times.

The presentation of a new generation of CBN grinding wheels for internal cylindrical grinding of high alloyed hardened steels and HSS steels for tool building completes this program.

Internal cylindrical grinding wheels as of 8 mm diameter are available for the user in Ce-B ceramic, K-MX 3 resin and G-MX 500 electro-plated in standard measurements up to 50 mm diameter, for the most part from stock.

In comparison to conventional grinding wheels, the user can profit from production increases of up to 80 %, marginal heat build-up and superior grinding quality with long wheel life.

As proof that small things count a lot at LACH DIAMANT, the idea »Cool Injection« - cooling direct, up to now used for PCD cutters, has been transferred to diamond dressing tools as well.

LACH DIAMANT presents for the first time worldwide the so-called diamond dressing plate with internal cooling for the gentle and systematic dressing of conventional grinding wheels.

In addition - from our 90 years tradition - we offer diamond single-point dressers, diamond chisels for Diaform devices as well as re-grinding services.

In an extensive demonstration LACH DIAMANT will also show a newly developed service machine the »Dia-2200-mini« based on spark erosion (electrical discharge grinding = EDG) invented by LACH DIAMANT in 1978. This will give visitors a visualization of the spark erosion process.

The new »mini« makes your all-round service even faster and more efficient - example diamond saw blades: diameters now up to 530 mm - fully automatic CNC side grinding left and right with compensation.

It is worthwhile to visit us at the GrindTec in Augsburg and to celebrate our 90th business jubilee with us.
