Newly developed Diamond Scoring Cutter - The running world champion for aluminum printed circuit boards

In the progressing development of the printed circuit board for LED technology aluminum with ceramic coating up to 4,0 mm thickness is increasingly applied for maximum heat dissipation.

Disadvantage for production: Conventional PCD scoring cutters are overcharged for this task.

The pioneer in the development of cutting PCB materials LACH DIAMOND has assumed this challenge and has designed a completely new diamond scorer, namely the »DreboBlueCut« dia-scoring cutter.

Many attributes were brought to fruition in the development of this scoring tool: The employment of a special diamond type, as well as a newly designed cutting edge geometry based on our own, in-house developed precision grinding machines for maximum surface quality.

Long tool life and a burr-free score are the quality features for the new world champion, the » DreboBlueCut« dia-scoring cutter from LACH DIAMOND.

The family enterprise from Hanau, now in its third generation, will show all new diamond developments and standards for cut-off, scoring and milling of PCB materials at the productronica in Munich - Hall B1 Booth 126.
